Step 2 – Add important data for the office

In the central office or role-based account (using the free version), focus first on creating and sharing data that is more likely to be useful to multiple people (e.g. Wi-Fi, alarm codes or company credit card).

If you are an admin or support someone else, you might create that person’s personal or travel information and add him or her as a collaborator (see next step). Passwords are also a great use case.

TeamData supports 1,200 different types of data, which are stored in reusable, shareable containers of data called Data Bits. You can also attach files or photos.
